A deeper immersive journey of self-exploration, healing and transformation
With over 1,000 participants welcomed through our retreats over the past 8 years, Inwardbound has become one of Europe’s leading providers of professionally supported psilocybin retreats.
Our work is rooted in both modern Science, therapeutic approaches and ancient land-based traditions. Ireland has a long relationship with the natural world, with our Celtic ancestors working closely with the seasons and cycles of nature.
We honour this connection while creating a modern, safe and professionally held context for psilocybin work, combining therapeutic preparation, intention, nature connection and deep integration.
We curate every element of the retreat experience to create a safe, supportive and intentional environment where you can step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and explore the deeper layers of your inner world.
With the guidance of experienced facilitators and therapeutic support, you will be held throughout the entire journey, from preparation through ceremony and into integration.

A meaningful psilocybin experience begins long before the ceremony itself.
You will take part in guided preparation sessions with experienced facilitators and psychotherapists, helping you explore your intentions, understand the process, prepare emotionally and psychologically, and develop practices to support your journey.
You will also receive a 1:1 consultation with one of our psychotherapists to ensure you feel prepared, supported and ready for the experience.

Held in a safe, supportive and carefully prepared environment, your psilocybin session is guided by experienced facilitators who will support you throughout the journey.
The experiences offer an opportunity for deep reflection, emotional processing, expanded perspective and meaningful personal insight.
We work with you to find an appropriate dose of Psilocybin based on your intake, and the 2nd session is an opportunity to tailor the dose further

Our mission is to set a new standard for psilocybin retreats by combining modern therapeutic approaches, evidence-informed practices and ancient traditions of working with nature, ceremony and altered states of consciousness.
A psychedelic experience can be profound, but the quality of the container around the experience is what creates the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. This is why our retreats focus not only on the psilocybin experience itself, but on the full journey before, during and after.
Our retreats bring together experienced facilitators, psychotherapists, psychologists and practitioners from different fields to support the whole person, mind, body and spirit.

Which Retreat Is Right For You?
Both our 3-day and 4-day private psilocybin retreats are designed to provide a safe, supportive and professionally held environment for personal exploration, growth and transformation.
The difference is the depth of the journey.
3-Day Private Psilocybin Retreat
A powerful introduction to psilocybin work
Our 3-day retreat is designed for those seeking a meaningful and supported introduction to psilocybin in a carefully curated environment.
Over the course of the retreat, you will receive comprehensive preparation, one psilocybin session, therapeutic support and integration practices to help you process your experience and bring your insights into everyday life.
This retreat offers a focused opportunity to step away from your normal routine, reconnect with yourself and explore what is ready to emerge.
Ideal for:
- Those experiencing a supported psilocybin retreat for the first time
- Those looking for a shorter immersive experience
- Those wanting dedicated preparation and integration support around one ceremony
4-Day Private Psilocybin Retreat
Our deeper immersive journey
Our 4-day retreat offers a deeper exploration through two professionally supported psilocybin sessions, allowing more time to settle into the retreat space, work with your intentions and integrate your experiences.
The additional time creates a more spacious container, giving you the opportunity to build trust, go deeper into the process and explore different layers of your inner world. The 2nd session gives you an option to tailor the dose and have a higher dose if needed.
Between sessions, you will have time for reflection, embodiment practices, nature connection and integration, allowing insights to unfold naturally.
Ideal for:
- Those seeking a deeper immersion with psilocybin
- Those who feel called to explore a longer transformational process
- Those who value more time for preparation, reflection and integration
- Those who may have previous psychedelic experience and want a more supported journey
- And opportunity to have a 2nd higher dose session if the first was not adequate
Both Retreats Include
✓ Full screening and preparation process
✓ Consultation with a psychotherapist
✓ Experienced facilitation and personal support
✓ Private retreat setting
✓ Yoga, meditation, breathwork and embodiment practices
✓ All food and nourishing meals
✓ Integration support after the retreat
At Inwardbound, we believe the most meaningful change comes not only from the psychedelic experience itself, but from the quality of preparation, the safety of the container and the integration that follows.
Choose the retreat that best matches where you are in your journey.
