Inwardbound co-founder Rob Ó Cobhthaigh is one of the pioneers of psychelic-assisted therapy in Ireland and Europe. He has 25 years personal experience of altered states of consciousness, and has been working with ayahuasca for nearly a decade. He has been employed a psychedelic integration therapist by some of the leading ayahuasca centres in Costa Rica.

Rob is trained psychotherapist having graduated with a first class honours Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from TPTI (Dublin City University).  He is an insured and accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP).

He is also a qualified Transpersonal therapist and Shamanic Counsellor having trained at the Irish Centre for Shamanic Studies for the past 10 years. He also holds a Certificate in Jungian Studies from the Jung Centre, and is a  graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).
